my week #2 round up!

I just want to re-iterate that the 'winner' I choose each week is just a bit of fun. It doesn't necessarily mean I didn't like the other weeks posted (it's in fact the opposite) as it is a difficult decision! When I chose my favourite week last week (and this week), it came down to colour use, minimalism, how neat it was and also how creative it is. Last week's winner was chosen because she could write super neatly in a straight line on plain paper and also because of the simple, minimalistic way she had decorated her planner.

Also, it is never too late to join in! And you do not need to use a Filofax to join in. I am no longer in a Filofax (but I am still using their refills...) and seeing other diary layouts and diary designs is always a good thing :)

Here are the weeks I have managed to find online so far this week:

{1} Even Artichokes Have Hearts
{2} The Wonderful Life of Alice
{3} Puddytat Purr
{4} Monica Luis Blog
{5} Katie Louise Halsall
{6} Distracted Whimsy
{7} Planning With Printed Portal
{8} Filofaximile
{9} Rain by XOXO
{10} Pony Town
{11} @quietmorning (on Twitter)
{12} Lady Elizabeth Unreal Life
{13} Friday I'm in Love
{14} The Nest Not Exactly Empty
{15} Red Lips n Pearls
{16} My Purpley Life
{17} Cider With Sophie
{18} Absharinaaa
{19} Coffee and Literature
{20} Well Planned Life
{21} Imogen Rose Beauty
{22} Atomik Sophia

Again, if I have missed out your week, let me know! :-)

Onto my favourite of this week...

It was a close-call between a few of the weeks, but the one that I had me wishing that it was my week was... Ponytown's.

My reasons this week are simple:

{ although not filled to the brim, it is simplistic, yet colourful; functional, yet fun. }

I don't know why, but I'm going through a sort of minimalism phase right now - it's hard trying to transfer this into my diary though! It was actually really hard trying to choose a winner. I had about five or six windows open at the same time on Google Chrome and after polishing off two slices of gluten-free cinnamon toast (yummers), I came to the above decision :)

  2. Love your "weekly round-ups"! I just got my old Franklin planner out and I've been trying to figure out the best way to use it. I like visiting all those blogs to pick up some ideas for my planner.

    2. P.S. I don't like the chunky stickers either, but they are so cute, I'm willing to see past that x

    3. It's nice in this week :) Aha I like my slim stickers that just add a little something, the chunky ones just make it difficult to write on as well <3

    1. No worries, I have included it in this week's (I edited this blogpost) - hope that's ok! If not, let me know and I'll include it in next week's. Also, I'm not sure how to link to tumblr posts, so I linked directly to the picture :) xxx

    2. Thanks for adding me! :) For tumblr posts, under the text, if you click on the date/time (e.g. posted 2 hours ago/1 day ago) click on that and it will take you to that individual post, and then the url in the address bar is the link you need! Also, the photo quality shall improve next week, I promise! :P x
