my week #105

I now have a week off from the craziness but it will be a week where I am rushing all over the place and seeing friends who I've not seen in a while.

Last week, I was due to go out for dinner twice but one of the dinners was postponed until after the week's break. Luckily, I had written this dinner on a sticky tab so I can just peel it off this week and transfer it to the new date it has been booked for. Other than that, it has been a busy week (again) - especially as we lose the Friday due to it being a bank holiday. I took advantage of the four day week by (finally) watching Frozen - I might be 23 years of age but I still enjoy a good Disney movie!

This bank holiday weekend is one where I will be sorting out my notes, catching up on anything I might have missed and catching up on sleep!

How has your week been? Do you have anything interesting planned for the week ahead?

  1. I don't have anything interesting planned for this upcoming week but the week after begins my Pole Fitness classes and I'm nervous/excited.

    1. Pole Fitness sounds like something I'd enjoy - a few of my friends do it and I'm genuinely considering doing that next (school) year instead of netball :) x

  2. Been off for more than a week now! Going back to school the following week with exams and labs on their way. Exams are less than a month away! I was wondering if you might have some tips on how I show organize my revision schedule for the rest of the week! Thank uuuu!!

    1. Good luck with exams! :) For revision, write down all the stuff you need to go through before the exam. Then divide each day into revision blocks (I like 50 minutes of revision followed by a 15-min break, and then hour breaks for lunch and dinner; plus a 30 minute break for a shower, etc) and then fill in this blocks with things you want to revise/do (e.g. past papers, questions, etc).

      Hope this helps! x

  3. I just saw Frozen at my in-law's house on Easter...I feel like I'm finally in the know about that dang movie. I think the "Lets go build a snowman" song was way better.

    1. I know what you mean! There were so many references to Frozen in the media, on my Facebook feed, etc. I now feel like I understand it all now and I do agree - the snowman song was my favourite from the film. I never knew Kristen Bell could sing! x
