I have received some beautiful Christmas cards these last few years so I can imagine there being a whole range of Christmas-themed dividers that I could break out once a year :)

I can just imagine, in ten years time, you'd have some sort of sophisticated file/folder with all cards and letters and looking back on it would be amazing. It's hard to do this, though, without increasing the amount of clutter (something I'm trying to combat on a continual basis :( ) xAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04100315517570378656noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7971334156485110165.post-89114545025515408682013-01-03T10:16:58.077+00:002013-01-03T10:16:58.077+00:00Oh I can imagine that the cards from your wedding ...Oh I can imagine that the cards from your wedding are beautiful! That said, I've noticed a lot of people are sending out printed holiday cards with no personalization whatsoever, and I would have no qualms about either recycling these into bookmarks or dividers or even just binning them. I do need to come up with some sort of filing system for cards and letters; they are getting a bit out of control and I can't put my hands on any individual piece without going through the whole pile. I looked around, and I found some really cute methods of using yarn or string to bind cards into a sort of book- I'm super excited to try this with all the cards I saved from our wedding as soon as I find time! That way we can keep it out somewhere in our house, and always flip through it. I suppose you could do the same thing with a little book for Christmas and birthdays- plus, you could always add to it.

Hopefully it works out- I'll let you know!Jhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04346260444417012917noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7971334156485110165.post-40247104315888920402013-01-02T12:12:22.620+00:002013-01-02T12:12:22.620+00:00I actually tweeted a pic of my recycled cards this...I actually tweeted a pic of my recycled cards this morning.
