I try and go to theatre on the really humid days cos it means I can change into scrubs and also, the theatres are usually at a nice, cool temperature :) xangela { paperlovestory.com }https://www.blogger.com/profile/10490931234357513107noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7971334156485110165.post-43202170996382135012017-06-06T16:33:31.663+01:002017-06-06T16:33:31.663+01:00Cold water! It's cooled down a lot this week which is nice :) Hope it's not too bad on your end! xangela { paperlovestory.com }https://www.blogger.com/profile/10490931234357513107noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7971334156485110165.post-11629105715697798312017-06-05T15:19:12.094+01:002017-06-05T15:19:12.094+01:00Humidity is a tough one to deal with! Wear lighter clothes for the commute and bring another outfit to change into for work if possible. I find a cold compress is great on the back of the neck and the wrists. susanne fyfehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11846191940724162998noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7971334156485110165.post-60081159301820123942017-06-05T01:28:13.981+01:002017-06-05T01:28:13.981+01:00I live in the U.S. in one of the more humid areas....I live in the U.S. in one of the more humid areas. My advice for keeping cool is LOTS of cold water! If you have long hair wear it up and put a cool compress on the back of your neck. Hang in there, and hopefully you will get some relief soon. 😊Wilted Acreshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02665195190243978964noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7971334156485110165.post-43523342894822948932017-06-04T11:44:54.036+01:002017-06-04T11:44:54.036+01:00Don't worry, I have many plans to relax this s...Don't worry, I have many plans to relax this summer! I'm just going to be going in once or twice a week as I really enjoyed it all! :) Hope things are well with you xxangela { paperlovestory.com }https://www.blogger.com/profile/10490931234357513107noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7971334156485110165.post-16229423637557768462017-06-04T11:23:00.783+01:002017-06-04T11:23:00.783+01:00Please please please take the time off and enjoy d...Please please please take the time off and enjoy doing non medicine related things. See friends, read books, hang out with family. Sleep in, work out, cook. Travel if you want. Medicine will start squeezing the time for these things, maybe abruptly, maybe more insidiously.
