I was born in the Highlands of Scotland before my family moved to England in 2001. We seem to be like birds - we've been migrating southwards ever since my birth! About the Blog
This blog was founded on the 27th of July 2010 (as Paper Rush Blog). I used Photoshop CS5 to make my header and have had experience with Photoshop 7.0 (ohhh, back in the day!), CS2, CS3 and also CS4. I've ran various fan sites in the past and also various other personal sites. I have vast experience with website HTML, CSS and PHP coding (namely, six years) but that is all a bit rusty now!
Any pictures I take are with my Canon IXUS 980 digital camera. I'm not quite well off enough to own an SLR so this will do for now. I then apply some 'vintage' effects to them through the use of Adobe Photoshop CS5 so that the pictures look nicer and less boring :)
I do my best to credit where my pictures are taken from, and in the event of credit not being present, this means that it is actually taken by myself, personally. If you see a picture of yours here and you want it removed for whatever reason, please email me.
Why the name 'Paper Lovestory'?
Well, the 'paper' part is self-explanatory. I love stationery and all things paper. And 'lovestory' just reinforces my love for paper. This blog, in a way, details my own 'lovestory' with paper and life :)
