My friends got me some Laduree Macarons for my 20th birthday and I have to say, I was touched because they all knew how often (i.e. not often at all) I get to eat these delights! The flavours in the selection box were (from left to right): pistachio, raspberry jam, coffee, vanilla (my personal favourite), lemon and dark chocolate.
They were heavenly.
wow - those look delicious! I've seen some really good tutorials online for making them, but I haven't had a chance to do so. I've love to have them within a 10 minute walk!!
