my week #191

This has been a weird week where a lot has happened in my personal life and also a lot in my university life. (I'm beginning to think I should maybe call university life 'professional life' because as medical students, we are continuously being told we have to conduct ourselves in a similar way to qualified doctors.)

I'm still on paediatrics and I have to confess I'm enjoying it more than I thought I would. These two weeks have been a steep learning curve but I wouldn't have had it any other way. Being eager to get my hands stuck in, I've been clerking in and examining kids in A&E and as a result, have learnt an awful lot.

Only one more week of this first term before I break up (for two weeks) for Christmas. Something I'm very much looking forward to because term started back on the 3rd of August!

How has your week been?

    1. That's ok too cos mum or dad can help out (and it often makes the consultation quicker!) :) x

  2. This might be a weird question, but do you take your planner with you to university? I have a similar planning system and i like keeping my planner with me wherever i go, but my problem is that i write there all sorts of things and don't like if other people see all the personal stuff i have written in there :D

    1. I do take my planner to university but I don't really write anything that personal in it. It also rarely gets used in front of other people as there's never really been a need for that. (Not quite sure how to explain this!) x
